Add a tropical punch to your creations with this concentrated passionfruit flavouring. Ideal for beers, ciders and spirits like gin. This flavour is reminiscent of passiona and works great with fruit forward sours and IPA. Because it’s highly concentrated, only a small amount is needed to make an impact. For spirits and liqueurs, a capful per bottle is usually plenty. In food, just add a few drops and adjust to taste. If you’re adding it to beer, we recommend testing a small sample first (around 200mL), refining the flavour to your liking, then scaling the dosage for the full batch.
